A drip marketing campaign with 2 touches designed to peak the interest of uncontacted sales leads.
The initial campaign idea was developed after a sales team member discovered a company in Mineral Wells that provided co-branded Hot Sauces and Dry Rubs.
After contacting the company and having some materials produced we developed a two-touch drip campaign.
When designing the campaign the marketing team's goal was to reduce the cost/target totals compared to previous marketing campaigns.
After reviewing our options we determined that we could use materials that were all on-hand from our normal operations, with the exception of the food materials.
This allowed us to reduce overall costs and extend the campaign a month longer than originally scheduled.
Assembly of the kits was taken care of by the front desk receptionist, preventing any disruption to our client operations on the main production floor.
Each week all sales team members provided a set of 3 mailing targets. Sell sheets and box artwork were then personalized, printed, and packaged for shipment.
As the campaign progressed each week, with the exception of the first mailing and the last mailing, 18 packages were mailed out.
Each recipient would first receive the Pepper Sauce, then a week later receive the Dry Rub.
Along with the personalized label artwork that was printed and adhered to the box containing the materials all recipients also received a personalized sell sheet.
Sell sheets contained sales contact information as well as a different recipe depending on if they were receiving the Pepper Sauce or the Dry Rub provided voluntarily by different members of the company.
